By accessing or using the aVer platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

aVer provides an online marketplace that connects travelers with local tour operators and experience providers. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment for local touristic experiences. aVer acts as an intermediary and is not the provider of the experiences listed on the platform.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

When you book an experience, you enter into a contract with the tour operator. Prices are displayed per person and include applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. You will receive a booking confirmation via email with all relevant details.

Cancellation policies may vary by experience and are set by individual tour operators. Generally, cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations and no-shows may not be eligible for refunds. aVer reserves the right to mediate disputes between travelers and operators.

Tour operators must provide accurate descriptions of their experiences, maintain appropriate licenses and insurance, ensure the safety of participants, honor confirmed bookings, and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

aVer facilitates connections between travelers and tour operators but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of experiences offered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aVer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

All content on the aVer platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of aVer or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant aVer a license to use it for platform operations.

aVer reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or negatively impact other users or the platform's integrity. Users may close their accounts at any time through their account settings.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of aVer shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
